DONATIONS

We appreciate any donations, anytime of the year. Without the generosity of our amazing parents and the surrounding community, this program could not exist at this level. Thank you again for your past donations, and we hope to have your continued support in the future! Any questions on how to submit a donation can be directed to Roberta (webmaster) or Paul Lucckesi, Director of Jazz Studies.

....HEADS UP - Reno Jazz Festival, Fri & Sat, Usually the last weekend in April - we will need as many parents from ASI & BHS as possible to insure this trip runs smoothly, stress and trouble-free! It's never to early, or too late to sign up. If you are planning on driving up on your own and staying in a hotel, it's never too early to secure a hotel room NOW! If you have signed up to be a chaperone, we will secure a room for you - details on that will be posted as the time gets nearer. Or, you may Email Mr. Lucckesi if you have any questions.

NOTES: If volunteer need is noted as "3 on the bus and 3 on site"  that doesn't mean you have to drive yourself to help on site. If you want to ride on the bus, just let us know and as long as there is a seat available - you'll get on the seating list - THE MORE THE MERRIER! It's a great time to get to know other parents, and the students as well. However, sometimes seating on the bus is limited so in some cases we do a first come-first served thing, but if you are driving to a competition and want to help once you're there - please let us know.

We have a great time at the jazz festivals! But, we can always use volunteers and chaperones to make things easier and more enjoyable for everyone involved. I always say, many hands make light work and as long as you are willing to help, we'd love to have you join us - WE NEVER TURN AWAY HELP UNLESS WE JUST HAVE TOO MANY PEOPLE AND NOT ENOUGH STUDENTS!
